Tip: You will arrive at the property at least 3 HOURS after your flight arrives. On your last day, you should start driving to the airport at least 4.5 HOURS before your departing flight time. ------------------------ CANCELLATIONS • If cancelled Over 30 days before arrival, then 50% of the total rent is refunded. • If cancelled 0-30 days before arrival, then 0% of the total rent is refunded. Note: Refunds for supplemental services (cook, taxi, etc) depend on our contract with the service provider. ------------------------ WARNINGS Misconduct In case of unacceptable behaviour, excessive noise, or general misconduct, the villa manager reserves the right to remove the guests from the property, without refund, and to take legal action under local law. Fireworks Do to local law and, especially, the nature of the building materials, fireworks are stricly prohibited. Beach Seaweed Depending on the tides and weather, seaweed sometimes forms a line on the beach, but it eventually washes out. Please take this into account. Pool & Children Please review the pool location and barriers (or lack thereof) and rent only if you accept the risk for children in your party. Consider that while carrying out their duties, staff could open doors with pool access.
